2. Products and Health Disclaimer
Our products contain nicotine, which is an addictive chemical. Vaping products are intended for adults who already use nicotine or tobacco products and are not intended for non-smokers, youth, pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, or anyone with an existing health condition that could be affected by nicotine use.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.

We currently ship within Canada. Availability of shipping to specific provinces or territories may be limited due to local vaping product regulations.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to health and safety regulations, opened e-liquids, opened disposable vapes, and used hardware are not eligible for return or exchange. Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be eligible for return within a reasonable period of purchase. Contact us to confirm eligibility before sending anything back.
Defective devices may be eligible for manufacturer warranty support. Contact us with your order details and a description of the issue, and we will advise on next steps.
